   Anyone applying commercial fertilizer to lawns or landscapes must hold this certification (requires Green Industries BMP training).

1. City of North Miami Certificate of Use + Business Tax Receipt
   Certificate of Use first; then apply in person. Required even for businesses outside the city serving customers there. Each state-licensed professional (including an owner who provides services) needs an individual BTR.
