Email and text reminders

Who sends them. Reminders and rule-change alerts for businesslicensebycity.com are delivered by PinOnIt, a reminder service operated by Miami Expeditions LLC, the company that runs this site.

Email. When you sign up, you agree to receive reminder and alert emails about the city, trade or topic you chose, plus related service notices. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing support@pinonit.com.

Text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp, only if you opt in. We send texts only if you check the box "Text me reminders" and give a mobile number. By checking it, you agree to receive recurring automated reminder texts from PinOnIt/Miami Expeditions LLC at that number. Message frequency varies (usually a few per month). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. WhatsApp messages are sent only if you also checked the WhatsApp box.

Reminders are a courtesy. A missed, late or wrong reminder does not change your own responsibility to meet each official deadline.
